5th Annual Schnuerer Car Barn Toys For Tots Drive and Antique Vehicle Show
 
ATTENTION - This ride requires a definate headcount of riders before 11/17/08. Those who are interested, please email us through the Contact Page or by emailing Bethel directly. This is an entertaining and interesting museum, plus Gerhard and Marie put on a good German feed. Anyone who wants to join in, the admission is a $20 unwrapped toy; no stuffed animals – they can’t be accepted by the foundation; or a $20 cash donation (kids under 5 are free). This is a non-profit gig in cahoots with the U.S. Marine Corp., can’t go wrong there. 37th Griffith Park Side Car Rally
   
Let’s meet at Starbuck’s 7711 Beach Blvd., Buena Park at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday Oct. 19th, have our coffee and then ride to Griffith Park to spread the Word and enjoy all the festivities. The web site for all information is,( http://sidestrider.com/event.htm )The rally is from 9:00 a.m. till 3:00 p.m., there is a map of the Crystal Springs area attached to the above web site. You’ll be amazed at the number of oddities and motorcycles with and without sidecars that gather at this event. There is usually a lunch truck there for beverages and sandwiches.

We will be meeting at Starbucks, Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach (Beach & Garfield) at 7:30am to 8:00am Saturday morning. (Reference the e-mail of August 28th.) We’ll seek out our motels when we get there.

Ride Buckaroo Ride!
   
Three-quarter day ride! Meet at 10:00 a.m. at Mission Motor Sports, 1 Doppler, Irvine (http://missionmotorsports.com), shop and fondle inventory, drink coffee and so forth. Ride 405 to Ortega Hwy. Take that highway east to Outlook Café – re-hydrate, look at visitors, spread the Word and shoot photos. On down the mountain, cruise Old Town Elsinore and then head for Eduardo’s, Corona for late lunch, then home. A perfect ride for tender posteriors and distance whiners.

Going On A Mission
   
Meet at Starbucks at the Movieland Wax Museum, 7711 Beach Blvd., Buena Park at 8:00 a.m. Coffee up and then head north to Big Jim’s Restaurant on Laurel Canyon for breakfast. Tour San Fernando Mission, west to Topanga Canyon Blvd., ride the canyon to Highway 1. Hwy. 1 to all points south, great ride, much to see.

Eata Bita Pi Run
   
Let’s meet at Carl’s Jr., Corona, at the 91 and 6th Street at 9:00 a.m. Saturday. Coffee up and meet with other bikers (Biking for the Lord) from San Diego at the Julian Pie Company in Santa Ysabel, corner of Highway 78 and Highway 76 (21976 Hwy. 79). Then ride to Warner Springs to watch the gliders, then back to Corona for early supper at Eduardo’s.

Hippity Hop to the Candy Shop
   
We will meet at Starbucks at 18922 Beach Blvd., just north of Garfield Street, east side of Beach Blvd. at 9:00 a.m. We’ll ride the coast and end up in Laguna Niguel at Powell’s Sweet Shoppe. This will be a short day ride catering to the nostalgic flavors of old time products.

Yuma Territorial Prison Ride
This will be an overnight gypsy tour, no reservations, just ride, look and stop as the Spirit moves us. Meet at Carl’s Jr. 1865 W. 6th St. (at the 91 Fwy.), Corona, Ca between 8:00 & 9:00 a.m. on Saturday 7/12, hit the road at 9:00 a.m. and get to Yuma when we get there. Sunday, tour the Yuma Territorial Prison and local points of interest. Head back through Julian, CA for apple pie. Be home Sunday evening, Lord willing. Approximately 500 miles round trip from Corona.
This prison is a historical prison that was built by the prisoners and in use in Arizona from 1876 until 1909. A must see!

Walker Cafe Ride
Day ride -- Meet at 9:00 a.m., Huntington Beach, Beach Blvd. Starbucks 18922 Beach, just north of Garfield Street., east side of boulevard in parking lot. Coffee up, ride through downtown H. B., take PCH to 2nd Street, Long Beach; through Belmont Shore, over Vincent Thomas Bridge, stopping at Union Surplus and Century Motors; then on to Walker’s Café, Point Fermin for lunch, conversation and discussion of route home.

Speedway - Orange County Fair Grounds Costa Mesa
June 21 will be a fun filled night of Speedway and sidecar racing at the fairgrounds. Those who want to participate should meet us between 6:00 & 6:30 p.m. in the parking lot of Boston Market Restaurant at 2799 Harbor Blvd., Costa Mesa. That’s on the south west corner of Harbor Blvd. and Adams. Bethel the Lesser will be carrying some $1.00 discount tickets for everyone. Steve the Preacher's Birthday Ride
     
We’re going to do an unscheduled day ride; short, stopping and looking at stuff, having lunch, laughing and scratching and just going from place to place and seeing what’s out there. We will meet at my house between 9:00 & 10:00 a.m. Just show if you’re gonna’ go. We’ll pull out by 10:00 a.m. just a local jaunt.

Set Free Memorial Day Outreach B-B-Q Ride
For those that are up to it and if the weather is good, at least three of us are planning to attend the bar-b-que and live music extravaganza in San Diego. That will be on Memorial Day Monday May 26th. We will meet at King’s Fish House parking lot between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. at Laguna Hills Shopping Mall. Going south on the I-5 take the El Toro Road off ramp. Turn left at stop light on Avenida De La Carlotta. Proceed across El Toro Road past the In ‘N Out Burger on your right to the next stop light, turn right into King’s Fish House parking lot. We will park close to King’s building. Kick Stand Coffee Klatch

The "Kick Stand Coffee Klatsch" will meet at Starbucks Coffee Shop at 7711 Beach Blvd. Buena Park, CA. 8:00 a.m. til 10:00 a.m. This Starbucks is on the same property as the MovieLand Wax Museum and has the same street number. It is just south of the 91 Freeway but north of Lincoln.

The topic of conversation will be the relationship of those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour regardless of their monikers.

Cooks Silverado Tour

Let’s all meet at Cook’s Corner at 9:00 a.m. at which point ‘Jaime of La Habra’ will explain his exciting and informative tour of Silverado, Mojeska and other stimulating haunts; Jaime will be Captain Trips. There will be numerous places to fuel, chow down and entertain folks who are working for the Yankee dollar. The invocation will be presented by none other than the mystery minister; this will take place at Cook’s Corner before the ride starts. We should leave Cook’s by 9:30 a.m. at the latest, and peel off to go home as the spirit moves you; there will be an announcement when we have reached half way for those who are so inclined. Bring your friends and brothers (no sodomites please) and let’s see what the Lord has in store for us.

Kick Stand Coffee Klatch

The "Kick Stand Coffee Klatsch" will meet at Woodys Diner at 7871 Warner, H.B.  Thats on Warner one block west of Beach Blvd. on the north side of Warner.  They dont open until 8:00 a.m., so lets make it 8:00 til 9:00 a.m. Show off your iron, spin yarns and poke fun. Hughes Lake/Rock Inn Ride

Let’s meet at Norm’s, 16572 Beach Blvd., Huntington Beach between 8:00 & 8:30 a.m., coffee up, then pull out at 8:30. Take the 405, 605, 5 and pit stop at Griffith Park. Fuel up in Burbank then head north on the 5 to Lake Hughes Road, Castaic. Enjoy the wild flowers, bitchin’ road and wide open spaces to the Rock Inn at Lake Hughes. Have lunch – table race and lie to one another. From there take the north road out of Lake Hughes to Gorman and fuel. Peruse Frazier Park and its interesting little shops and stuff. Come back to the 5 and leisurely ride home.
